    This is a really great turkey brine!

    I didn't want to buy all the components of a brine so I decided to try this. Brined two turkey breasts overnight in a small cooler (part of the liquid was ice). Left it in a cool place for 12 hours, then threw it in the smoker. It made the turkey very juicy and added a decent amount of flavor. Didn't need salt or pepper and barely any gravy. Will defn buy again and I've already recommended it to others.
